SUFFICIENTLY WIDE CHAMBER
The large capacity of the muffle chamber is capable of loading 2 pieces of ø90 rings or 35 pieces of ø30 ring. The highest height of the chamber in this class of furnace allows you easy access to take right in and out of the chamber easily.
QUICK HEAT RISE AND COOLING
The muffle chamber is built with newly developed insulating ceramics. 007EX takes only 11 minutes to reach 700°C and 14 minutes to reach 800°C because it features high quality of heat efficiency and air tightness. Also, 007EX features a quick temperature cooling function.
3 FIRING STAGES WITH MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 1100°C
KDF 007EX burn out furnace system allows you to obtain 3 stages of firing temperature with optimum heat rising speed and precise temperature maintenance for each specific temperature stage. Operator can program multi stage for various investments.
SIMPLE OPERATION PANEL
007EX is able to store multi-firing program up to 10 courses for every investment need. The operator easily adjusts temperature by pressing 
(increase) or 
(decrease) buttons. Operation panel displays all the information you need and it is simple to understand the progress of the work. 007EX features quick firing button that allows you to change the normal firing program to the quick version.
OPTIONAL PLATINUM CATALYST CLEANER (ES71)
Hazardous Ammonia, Carbon Monoxide, and Hydrochlorides associated with burning out of casting rings are broken down and dissipated with the specialized platinum catalyst cleaner. This dissipation capacity has been increased through the use of a larger catalyst size.
The cleaner rests on the top of the 007EX and is plugged into the dedicated power outlet located on the back of the 007EX. The unit is powered on and off in conjunction with 007EX and works immediately upon powering on of the 007EX. Use of the ES71 Platinum Catalyst Cleaner will make your laboratory environment a cleaner, healthier place to work.
