CONTRIBUTING TO THE DENTAL INDUSTRY WORLDWIDE

The Neo Super Cascom is the most compact vacuum & pressure casting machine on the market. The Neo Super Cascom requires a standard household 110/120V outlet while other casting machines require specialized 220V‐240V. In addition, the Neo Super Cascom is air‐cooled and thus requires no expensive water line construction.

Two methods of programming are provided. One is Auto Program Mode, the other is Manual Program Mode. Once an accurate program has been set up, the unit has the ability to store up to 100 programs. Computerized system means that no casting experience is necessary and allows anyone to obtain consistent castings every time.

The Neo Super Cascom is so simple to use that it will instantly make anyone a master level caster. Unlike in traditional torch casting special experience is not necessary. All the precise details such as melting temperatures, pressure timings, and melting time are all handled automatically. Following a few simple steps anyone can create beautiful, dense, quality casts, time and time again.

With an inverting chamber casting method, the Neo Super Cascom minimizes the risk of miscasts by eliminating the contact of the casting alloy with the atmosphere prior to entering the casting ring. This prevents premature cooling as well as flow problems.

A chime will sound to notify user that alloy melting is complete. After the complete melting is confirmed, place a burned‐out casting ring on the top of the muffle, close the chamber lid and move the locking arm down to lock.

Press the Cast Button and the vacuum pump will work to create a vacuum inside the chamber. After vacuum is achieved, the chamber will automatically invert and apply pressure. Cooling time will take place under pressure and the chamber will return to its original position automatically. Cast is Complete! Simply remove the casting ring and crucible.
