CONTRIBUTING TO THE DENTAL INDUSTRY WORLDWIDE

neos.pngThe Neo Super Cascom features a specialized spiral ceramic heater element which precisely melts the alloy at desired temperatures. Such precision heating eliminates overheating of the alloy and therefore minimizes porosity. A vacuum and pressure casting method is utilized which results in razor sharp margins and extremely dense casts.

Discover for yourself the simple and worry free casting process of the Neo Super Cascom in the Product demonstration video below. If you can operate a microwave oven, you can produce casting with high quality, dense and razor sharp margins with ease using the Neo Super Cascom.

The spiral-ceramic heater element of the muffle chamber completely surrounds the crucible which enables the furnace to melt the alloy evenly with precise temperature control. Thus, with the Neo Super Cascom, all castings can be done at the lowest possible temperature, never overheating the alloy, translating to porosity-free dense castings with ideal alloy characteristics.

With the airtight chamber design, the 0.44Mpa (4X more pressure than centrifugal casting) casting pressure is applied from all directions instead of from only one direction as is the case with centrifugal casting. This creates significantly denser casts with razor sharp margins.

With an inverting chamber casting method, the Neo Super Cascom minimizes the risk of miscasts by eliminating the contact of the casting alloy with the atmosphere prior to entering the casting ring. This prevents premature cooling as well as flow problems.

The furnace is capable of casting numerous alloy types including silver, gold, precious, semi-precious, nickel-chrome and chrome-cobalt to fabricate inlays, crowns, implant and partial frameworks. The maximum melting capacity is 150gm.

pressure-type.jpgargon-nozzle.jpgThe Neo Super Cascom allows you to melt in an air or argon gas atmosphere as well as capable of casting with pressurized air or argon gas. Using argon gas to melt and cast creates oxidation-free casts.

torch.pngspiralceramicheater.pngSince the flame from a blowtorch heats the alloy from only one direction, some of the alloy will inevitably evaporate into gas. The loss is approximately 1% of the melted alloy. Furthermore, in centrifugal casting, about 5% of the melted alloy is lost due to splashing. The Neo Super Cascom prevents any loss of alloy due to evaporation or being splashed.

KDF Neo Super Cascom will contribute toward a safe and clean laboratory with work environment free of noise.
